With over 24 years of experience in local law enforcement and over a dozen years of leadership and supervisory development work with local, state and federal agencies, Chief Wynn brings a unique perspective to the challenges facing new police leaders.
As an experienced Use of Force practitioner, instructor and investigator, Chief Wynn can assist your agency in all aspects of Use of Force programming.
